The LISS Core Study is a longitudinal study that is fielded each year in the LISS panel. The first wave was conducted in 2007. It provides repeated measures of the same set of variables for the same individuals and households. Over time, the Core Study measures change in people’s lives, their reaction to life events and the effects of societal changes and policy measures.
